This policy explains BespokeOS's standard approach. Mandatory consumer rights take priority where they apply.
If you contract as a consumer at a distance, you may have a statutory cancellation period. The position depends on whether the purchase is a service, digital content or another supply and whether supply has begun with your agreement.
Before a paid build starts, BespokeOS asks you to expressly request that the service begins immediately. If you later exercise an applicable cancellation right after requesting early performance, the law may permit a proportionate charge for service already supplied.
Before purchasing source ownership, BespokeOS asks you to agree that the digital source package may be supplied without waiting for the cancellation period and to acknowledge the effect this may have on the right to cancel once digital supply begins. This does not remove rights relating to faulty or non-conforming digital content.
If a Credit pack remains wholly unused, contact support promptly if you wish to request cancellation or a refund. BespokeOS does not use a blanket no-refunds rule to override statutory rights.
Where Credits have already been used for a service supplied at your express request, any refund may take account of service already provided where the law permits.
Statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, repeat performance, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
Email gpaul755@gmail.com from the email address on your BespokeOS account and include relevant order or project details.
Where a refund is due, it should normally be returned using the original payment method unless another method is lawfully agreed.
