These terms govern access to BespokeOS, including concept generation, BespokeOS Credits, private previews, source ownership purchases and optional managed services.
Credits fund AI-assisted generation and changes. A website build is charged only after a working private preview is produced. Internal retries, model usage and quality diagnostics are not customer-facing.
Source download is unlocked only after the applicable ownership purchase is verified. Third-party services, fonts, images, APIs and licensed material remain subject to their own terms.
Customers must not use the service to build unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive products.
