BespokeOS Credits Policy

BespokeOS Credits are prepaid service units used for website builds and supported AI changes.

Buying Credits

Available packs and prices are shown before checkout. Credits are added only after payment is verified.

Credit value

Credits are not legal tender, electronic money or a bank balance. They cannot be exchanged for cash except where a refund is required by law or approved under the Refunds Policy.

Build estimates

Before a build starts, BespokeOS displays an estimated Credit range.

When Credits are deducted

A website-build charge is deducted only after BespokeOS produces the working customer preview under the current protected flow. Internal retries and failed attempts are not separately charged.

Failed builds

If BespokeOS cannot complete the working preview, the reserved build amount is not treated as a successful build charge.

Ownership credit

Where the product flow says the nominal value of Credits used for a successful build is applied against source ownership, the amount shown at checkout is the amount due after that allowance.
