Credits are the customer-facing unit used for builds and AI changes. Customers see their available balance and an estimated cost before starting a build.
A build is deducted only once a working private preview is successfully produced. If the platform cannot complete a working build, the build charge is zero. Credit-pack purchases and any statutory refund rights remain subject to the applicable checkout terms and law.
The owner/admin dashboard may record the underlying service cost privately for commercial monitoring.
